In all the levelling, nothing has improved from this aspect. And Elevated Strike was still inactive. Seth stopped feeding the staff because he still had attire to improve too and perhaps other Arms that needed to level up, they may need it better than the staff since it was just feeding with no effect.

With his [High Intelligence] he grasped the place function. The centre was the core energy and the other sources of energy have not been used, they were in their original state. Only after the Core energy was depleted will one of them or all of them absorb a bit to fuel the core.
Upon closer observation, he understood that as of now the core was too low in grade to utilize the two Dragon Forces as energy but can only use the Sunlight and the moonlight but it will keep refining them until it was able to use them.
Moon crystal was useful too, because it was the condensed Moon light essence and because of that it was the most optimum source. And to be used they were fragmented into small shards as small as the Exp stone he had and shaped into a flat oval, for unknown reasons. They were also hard to break compared to before.
